Girls,
it’s that time of year when you grab your cowboy hats and boots and run to your nearest festival.
But if only it were that easy.
Unfortunately, creating the perfect look is harder than it seems. Believe me, I’ve been there before, trying to do it all.
The prep for a festival, between navigating transport and merging friendship groups, is the last thing you want to worry about.
I created this post to do the hard work for you, compiling outfit inspiration so you don’t have to.
Farmer daughter outfit

This outfit has Maxine from X written all over it.
All you need to recreate this is a ribbed long-sleeve top, light wash jumpsuit, brown cowboy hats, and a bandana that is the star of the show. If you want a specialized bandana, you can easily make one at home.
All you need is fabric in your favorite pattern and a needle and thread to hem the edges, there you have it, the perfect bandana to match your cowgirl outfit.
Cowgirl meets city girl outfit
This outfit is a perfect match for a cowgirl and a mob wife.
All you need to recreate this look is a leopard print skirt, knee-high red boots or cowboy boots, a graphic tee, and a red cowboy hat.
You could leave the outfit there, but feel free to jazz it up by adding a gold belt around your hips and layer on some gold necklaces.

Boho baddie outfit.
This outfit screams modern bohemian girl.
All you need to recreate this look is cowboy boots, a nude-colored tank top, and a white linen ruffle skirt.
You know the drill by now.
Adorn yourself with your favorite jewels and add a belt to jazz it up even more.

Insta-baddie look
To recreate this outfit, all you need is a brown ruffle dress, cowboy boots, and a brown buckle belt.
If you want to add something even cuter to this look, add a spiral arm bracelet.

Lana del rey coded look
When I’m in doubt about what I want to wear, I always turn to my favorite style icons like Lana Del Rey. This picture is a perfect example, and I’m so here for it.
She’s just an icon, so let’s recreate the look.
All you need is a red and white gingham crop top and high-waisted shorts, and a light woven cowboy hat.
This outfit is not complete without a bottle of Coca-Cola.

Beach outfit meets cowgirl outfit
This outfit is subtle but so cute.
All you need to recreate this look is a boho-style baby doll dress in a caramel color, a beige cowboy hat, and boots, and there you have, you’re all set.

The princess goes to a barn dance look
This look has Barbie princess written all over it. I mean, the skirt, the hat, it’s just giving the princess and the pauper go to a barn dance.
To create this look, you’ll need a cinched denim gilet, a brown or beige cowboy hat, and a patterned maxi skirt.
And there you have it, you’re radiating princess vibes.

Angel meets cowgirl
There’s something so whimsical about a western cowgirl look that’s minimalistic at the same time.
To recreate this look, simply add a pair of skater-style silk dress with a waist corset.
Add your favorite boots and cowboy hat, and there you go; you look like a goddess.

Downtown meets western look
She’s laid back, she’s cool. Give it up for the downtown western girl. To recreate this look, you’ll need a grey halter top, a western buckle belt, a linen skirt with a slit, and a classic black cowboy hat.
This look would pair well with classic white Converse.

Embroidered baddie look
If you guys have been to any western concert recently, you would know gilets have been all the rage.
This look is no exception, with an embroidered gilet being the star of the show. To recreate this look, you’ll need an embroidered gilet, a white cropped baby tee, and a ruffle white skirt.
If you want to create something even more personalized, you could embroider your own gilet.

The ultimate cowgirl western woman’s wear
There’s something so nostalgic about bootleg low-rise jeans, especially when they have a crisscross fastening instead of a zip and button. It’s just something different to tie up your jeans.
To recreate this look, all you need is low-rise crisscross jeans and a cropped tank top.
With a tweed cowboy hat, you’ll be the coolest girl at the party, I promise.

Picnic girl look
The gingham girl look has been all over my Pinterest from bedding to a headband, and I
mean, you can just see why it’s so dang cute. All you need to recreate this look is a maxi brown gingham dress, brown cowboy boots, and a cowboy hat of your choosing.
Embellish your neck and ears with your favorite cowgirl jewelry. And there you have it, the perfect look.

Americana-coded look
I love anything stripped back, especially when it’s subtle and not in your face.
This form-fitting striped white maxi dress would work with any accessories.
Pair your favorite boots and jewelry with it, and you can’t go wrong.

Spanish summer look
There’s something so ethereal about yellow-colored clothes mixed with red. It just screams Spanish summer. If you’re going to recreate this look, you’ll need a colorful floral sundress, cowboy boots, and a cowgirl leather sashal bag.

Cottagecore meets western look
You can never miss with a comfy puff-sleeve dress or sundress.
This is not complete without the obvious accessories and your favorite beverage.

Basic baddie western look
Girls, sometimes we don’t want to stand out from the crowd, and we’d much rather blend in, and there’s nothing wrong with that.
My tip is to stick with the basics whenever you feel overwhelmed by choice paralysis.
Add your favorite denim skirt, cute crop top, and a matching jacket, and there you go; you’re all set for your next barn dance.

In the age of ai your support means a lot to me. Each blog post is handwritten and voice recorded by a disabled queen.
You guys are the best !!
Happy western summer guys
