Thanksgiving is nearly here, and if you’re like me, you probably have no idea what to wear. As a disabled girly, I understand inclusivity is important.
Every group should have the possibility to wear whatever they want, and brands should account for and design clothes for people with physical impairments, or people with different bodies alike.
With that being said, I struggled to find any inspo for this post, and it made me sad. I started to question why there are no photos of plus-size queens on Thanksgiving. I never came to this conclusion; however, I did sum up the ideas I did find to create Thanksgiving inspo ideas for plus-size queens.
All the browns look

Starting off with the outfit that is so versatile. What I mean by this is that it’s a family-appropriate and cute outfit idea if you’re spending your day with your boyfriend.
So let’s recreate the look. Add a cropped long-sleeve white top; pair this with an A-line brown skirt and a whimsical brown fashion cardigan.
For shoes, your favorite boots will work, and if you want to dress it up, just like this girl, these knee-high boots would work perfectly. Add your favorite brown bag. A tip is to match the shade of leather to your boots. This will give it a much more put-together look.
Whimsical but slightly gothic look

I love this look because if Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks and your typical goth girl had a baby, this outfit would be that baby.
To recreate this look, pair a white form-fitting white shirt with an oversized gray-green sweater, add a mini bodycon black skirt, patterned tights, and knee-high straight leather boots.
Add a flared black crossbody bag, and you’re all set to be the next whimsy goth girl.
Monochrome baddie look

When in doubt about what to wear, always pull out the striped tops. I love this look because instead of matching a striped tee with jeans and then calling it a day, this look is just different. To recreate this look, pair a monochromatic striped black-and-white long-sleeve with an A-line burgundy skirt with gold stars. It has buttons on it. Add knee-high suede and heels in the same color, as the same shade, and a cute black bag, and there you have a winning look.
Girl next door look

This look is so girl-next-door coded. I swear I saw the influencer Kennedy Walsh wear a similar outfit, and if she wears it, it must be good. So let’s recreate this look. Pair a black cropped top with a cropped knitted sage-colored sweater, and a floral skirt is the star of the show, with knee-high details. It’s just giving body. Pair this with straight knee-high boots, and there you have it. You’ll be beautiful, unassuming, warm girl next door coded.
Rachel Green meets fall look

This outfit is so Rachel Green from Friends coded. To recreate this look, pair a long-sleeve black turtleneck top with an A-line baby doll style dress in a tartan pattern. Add black tights with white frilly socks, and for shoes, Doc Martens, and a black leather crossbody bag, and now you’re all set to clock in for your shift at Central Perk Cafe.
Sporty and sassy outfit

Girls, this look is so darling. It’s giving Pilates princess meets sporty girl. To recreate this look, pair a white and navy striped zipper sweater with navy blue cycling shorts, black tights, frilly socks, and combat boots.
Coquette meets cherry look

This look is so on the Lana Del Rey. I’m obsessed. To recreate this look, you’ll need a cropped baby pink rib sweater, a burgundy polka dot skater skirt, a black crossbody bag, and Chelsea boots and black tights, and you’re just a good eyeliner day away from being Lana Del Rey’s doppelganger.
Basic but cute look

This outfit is a prime example of how to style mom jeans and make them look good. To recreate this look, start with brown mom jeans and a cropped white sweater.
What makes this look so gorgeous is that this girl tucks her jumper in and adds a buckle belt to snatch that waist. Pair with combat boots and a suede crossbody bag, and you’re golden.
Denim is the answer outfit

When in doubt, go denim, girl. A top tip for choosing a denim jacket is to size up or even borrow your boyfriend’s oversized denim jacket. Pair your stolen jacket with a babydoll-style black peplum dress, add a pair of tights and Chelsea boots, and you’re golden. To elevate this look even more, add a saddle bag and a messy bun.
Snow White off-duty look

This look is so Snow White-coded, and honestly I’m obsessed. To recreate this look, pair a red and white striped long-sleeve T-shirt with a bodycon, tight-fitted skirt. Add black tights, ruffle socks, and combat boots, and you’re on your way to find Prince Charming.
Stevie Nicks Thanksgiving-inspired look

When I imagine what Stevie Nicks would wear this Thanksgiving season, a black and slightly whimsical look comes to mind.
To recreate this look, pair a lace red mesh top under a V-neck black skater dress, add knee-high black heels and a black bag, and you’re looking like you might be on your way to sing with Lindsey from Fleetwood Mac.
Princess at Thanksgiving look
I’ve heard a lot of talk recently about butter yellow and burgundy, but for some reason everyone has seemed to forget about dusty blue, and to be honest, I love it. It deserves more recognition. So to recreate this dusty blue look, pair a batwing A-line dusty blue dress underneath a lace top, and for extra flair, black cowboy boots.

Brown is the moment look

Brown tights have been everywhere recently, but have you struggled to style them? So if not, so if, so you’re not alone.
This gorgeous denim dress: you can style brown tights to recreate this look: pair an A-line denim dress with a long-sleeve denim tee, add a white headband, and match the tights with your shoes and bag to create a more seamless and coherent look.
Polka dot skirt look

If you’ve ever wanted to dip into the polka dot trend but were unsure how to style it with such a laid-back fashion, this might be for you. To recreate this look, pair an oversized navy dusty purple top with a brown polka dot skirt, add knee-high black boots and a cute bag, and you’ll be unstoppable, I promise.
Burgundy baddie look

This look is so perfect if you love the color burgundy. To recreate this look, add a bodycon burgundy cotton strapless dress, a burgundy leather jacket, leather boots, a leather bag, and some shades, and you’re golden.
Moody but polished fit

There’s something so versatile about a cardigan dress.
I especially love them when they’re fitted. To recreate this look, pair a skater cardigan dress, black tights, knee-high boots, heels, and grungy makeup, and you’re ready.
Ruffles are the moment outfit

If you’re a fan of ruffles, this trend was everywhere this summer. If you to recreate this look, you’ll need a slightly oversized denim jacket, a black long T-shirt, a black ruffle skirt, tights, knee-high boots, and pointed heels, and you’re golden.
Conclusion
If you’ve made it this far in the age of ai I’ve gotta say you’re a trooper. I appreciate your support and if you need anything just message me @the24homemaker
